Who handles your data
VRBL Digital manages this waitlist. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal requests, contact info@vrbl.digital.
What we collect and why
We collect your email, consent and signup date. Your name, company and description of your request are optional. With your consent, we use these details to confirm your signup, respond to your request and communicate about the launch. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
Where it is processed
We use Cloudflare to host this website, store the waitlist, limit form abuse and send emails. A request notification is also sent to our inbox, hosted by Proton Mail. These providers may process data outside your country under their terms and data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records are automatically deleted after 12 months. If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete the record and arrange deletion of related request emails. If you become a customer, we will explain the data processing needed for that relationship.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@vrbl.digital. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including Portugal’s CNPD.
Cookies and form protection
We do not use advertising cookies or audience analytics tools on this website. Our hosting processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the website and limit form abuse. We do not store IP addresses in the waitlist. You can choose your language using the PT and EN links.
